Horribly bitter. I've tried several brands that are palatable but this stuff tastes like a peppercorn and a lime had a baby, and not in a good way. I'm not advocating for sugar. Hopefully a fruit can make it useful.

I love this product because it has so many herbs that help strenthen the immune system. I also like it because there is no sugar in it. The sweetness comes from jaggery which has it's own health benefits. My kids are too young to take capsules, they don't like powder and they just don't care for lozenges. This is a paste, they just lick it off there spoon every night after dinner. They think it tastes a bit like sour candy.
