KEENWomen's Targhee 3 Mid Height Waterproof Hiking Boot

The fit is spot on with a nice wide toe (US woman's 7), waterproof. Comfortable from day one, no wearing in needed. I have a pair of the walking/tramping shoes but felt I needed the tramping boot for better stability around the ankles on some trails/Tracks. Fabulous, great durability. This is my third pair of Keens and I'd highly recommend them.

I have not had these for that long yet but so far they have proven to be pretty comfortable! They have slight arch support and I can definitely tell a difference from my old boots. They seem to be holding up well with getting wet. I stood in a few inches of water and my feet did not get wet inside. The ties stay secure with the hooks which is nice as well

These boots were very comfortable but they were advertised as being waterproof but they are not. Hiking early in the morning in wet grass for 2 hours and my feet were soaked. Water even pooled underneath the insoles.

Small. Size 7 usually allows plenty of room for toes and socks. My toes were snug against toe of shoe. . Felt heavier than I expected. Returned due to short footbed.

If you have a high arch and narrow feet, these are nice. They felt wierd on tile at first (almost like sliding on dry flour on the floor) but they have excellent grip on snow and ice. Once the slick factory stuff comes off the grip on tile is better. Right from the start the grip on concrete/asphalt is great.

Bought these for my daughters hiking trip. She knew she should break them in months ahead of time but she felt at ease in them right away.

I highly recommend NOT buying these hiking boots. I wore them for a moderate 7-8 mile hike, and it was one of the most uncomfortable experiences I’ve ever had with hiking footwear. The boots are extremely hard, especially around the ankle area, which caused significant discomfort during the hike.After just one wear, I was left with bruises above my ankles, swollen feet, and a lot of pain. I’ve been hiking for years and have never experienced anything like this with other boots. These boots are stiff, poorly designed, and simply uncomfortable. I’ve only worn them once, but the damage was so bad that I haven’t been able to wear any other hiking boots since, except for sneakers.Given the pain, swelling, and bruises these boots caused, I consider them a complete waste of money. Unfortunately, since I’ve worn them once, I can’t return them, and now they’re heading straight for the garbage. Save yourself the trouble and skip these boots – your feet will thank you!

Positives:-The shoes were pretty snug fit and it took a while to break into them, but they support my feet so well, especially on rocky surfaces.-The ankle support is awesome as I tripped on some surfaces and there was no damage done to my feet.-As much as I can tell, they are pretty waterproof, my feet did get wet but only when the water splashed in from the top ankle side, which is natural.-On a muddy surface, my shoes were a little bit resistant on not pushing my feet further in the mud.Negative:-The shoe laces get undone easily, no matter how tightly they are put together or even after trying different techniques.

まだ近くの河川敷や高低差のある公園で試し履き中での感想ですが、軽くて歩きやすいです。グリップ力にも満足しています。このまま履き続けて足首周りを柔らかく慣らしていきたいと思います。

Fit is poor on these boots. Something about the way these boots lace up and pull from the back creates pressure points on the heel leaving some pretty nasty blisters! Wore around the house for a bit then gave them 2X hikes hoping they just needed to be broken in (wearing tape on my heels and good socks on hike 2) but definitely the design of the boot is the problem. Looser is the heel and poor ankle support. Also, living in a wet area, boots were very slippy and had poor grip on the sole. Only plus is the rigidity of the sole. Super disappointed as I have been happy with Keen in the past! Definitely returning as I can't have boots leaving me injured. :(

Keen Schuhe passen super und laufen sich sehr gut. Leider ist die Haltbarkeit nicht so toll. Nach 14 Monaten schon ein Riss oben im Schaft. Das Futter reibt sich schnell auf (auch bei früheren Schuhen). Sehr schade. Besonders weil es sonst ein schöner bequemer Schuh ist, der sofort gut am Fuß sitzt und nicht groß eingelaufen werden muss.

I have other Keen boots and love them. I have warnThese on many hikes with no issue. Great support for your ankles.
