great for night sweats a must buy
this is a great little pillow, yes you fill it with water. the beads inside remind me of what is in ice packs. I bought mine 7 months ago and so far the plug and cap have no leaks. if you are having night sweats/hot flashes this pillow is great for them. I had bought a very expensive pillow to help with them and did not even come close to the relief this $15 pillow has given me, even if this pillow has to be replaced in a year i will gladly fork over 15 dollars to replace it. I could of bought 5 of these for the cost of the expensive pillow that does hardly anything. I even gifted a pillow to a co worker asked her after her first night use how it was she smiled and said I didn't want to get out of bed she didn't want to leave it lol.

Nice product, but doesn't last long
I like this product, it's helps a lot to cool me down and have a nice sleep, but the cooling gel start leaking out after 7 months of used

Material is cool and it’s well made. Keeps cool throughout the night.
Currently using this pillow right now, I have a firm memory foam pillow I like to use, it has its own pillow case, so to use both I put it in another pillow case with this over it but under the second pillow case. Even with a pillow case on it, it cools so well. I filled it up and it was ready to go. The stitching is nice the material is cooling on its own, it feels almost like the same material used in ice packs. I because it’s filled either water and water shifts positions as you move it offers good neck support. If anyone has ever owned a water bed in the early 2000’s you’ll know what I mean. It doesn’t feel like it’s gonna pop with the pressure. No more will I need to flip my pillow in the middle of the meat due to the heat around my head. If anything it’ll help me regulate my own body heat. Worth the buy as I was opting for the 90$ Collins pillows this is a great low cost substitute for those high end cooking gel pillows. I’ll definitely need to pick up another one.

Stays Cold!
The media could not be loaded. First the things I don't like. I don't like that there weren't clear instructions with this. I don't like that it doesn't tell you what the interior sandy material is made of. The packaging was a bit on the cheap side and it has a slight chemical-y odor. Now the things I love. I love, love, love how cold this stays! If I pop it in the freezer for about four hours it will freeze into a solid block. It stays cold a nice, long time. It's well made. I've frozen it and melted it a few times and so far so good.I wish the plug were not removable. When mixed with water the sandy contents turn into a gelatinous substance. I don't mind this at all but I do worry about what might happen should that plug ever come out.I don't recommend filling this to its maximum capacity. Fill it about half way to start and then if you want to fill it more than that add a little more water until you've achieved the fullness you want.I also recommend wrapping it in a towel or pillow case as it does produce a small amount of condensation as it melts. All in all a really great product despite its minor drawbacks.

Not worth the money
I bought this in hopes that it would reasonably replace my original, made in the U.S.A Chillow that I got years ago. There is no way that this even closely replaces that. Unfortunately, I can no longer find a Chillow made in the U.S. anymore; thus I was trying this. The good news is that it didn't leak while I was trying to get used to it. It's just not worth the money. It never got cool after "resting" for 12 hours on my bed. Ice would be too cold and not worth the work involved. I still have my real Chillow, made in U.S.A. and comparing the two on the same pillow is like night and day. I threw it out.

Not a total loss!
It is a great size! The make seems very sturdy! It's nice and comes packaged with instructions, which is always helpful. I use it along my bus route which last just a little over an hour. It does stay cool! I don't like that it sweats and can cause my bottom to be slightly damp when getting up though. It's much better than the alternative, which is literally sweating THROUGH my clothes! Lol!

Another wonderful find!
I have a rare skin disease any any friction causes me real discomfort. For years I have been looking for something comfortable to sit on. I found the water cushion, tried one, and absolutely recommend it for anyone who has discomfort sitting. Actually, I have 5 of them, so far. They are heavy after filled so I would recommend leaving them in one spot (buy several 😀). They are not expensive! I tried the “purple” cushion but the waffle-like ridges were to painful. I ❤️ MY WATER CUSHIONS!Mary

Works well but doesn't last
Bought a few of these now for my husband who is a hot sleeper. It works very well, however within 3 to 6 months they leak.
