Initially not so good, but…
The product arrived and looked great, just what I wanted. However, the spindles didn’t fit the mechanism. I reported the issue and new spindles were sent out without question. They arrived promptly and fit perfectly. Great after sales service and a. Wry nice product. Well done. Very satisfied.

Nice handles but check depth of door
My joiner recommended these handles. They look fabulous but were not easy to install as some of the spindles?? (The long metal piece that joins the handles through the door) were not long enough. 3 doors were slightly deeper and he had to buy replacements.

Great quality handles
I don't understand other people's negative comments about this product,I haven't fitted them yet as I'm waiting to get my new oak doors fitted, but on opening the packing I'm highly delighted with the way they look,harsh chemical cleaners will tarnish the metal as it will affect the chrome plating,but using a damp cloth to clean will ensure that they continue to look good.

The hardware (screws) for fitting the handle are dreadful, the heads just round off even when screwing them in by hand you have no chance if you try and use a electric drill even on the lowest setting
