not as soft as I normally like but thats my fault for not reading the description better. They work well!

I ordered the Dukal 4122 gauze sponges but was sent Dynarex 3265 gauze sponges. First of all, even though the package says they are 12-ply they are only 8 ply and of such a loose weave as to be useless. Secondly, I am apparently stuck with these unusable packages of string as I have not heard back from Direct Care about how to return them and I have not been given a Returned Goods Authorization. I have received acknowledgement from Amazon about my complaint and wish to return but nothing else from anyone.

I ordered the more expensive pads thinking they would be thicker. They weren't. Same as the cheaper ones I ordered before. Still had to use 2 instead of just 1.

My wife loves these for removing her makeup. Great deal, delivered on time, no issues.

I have been using 12 ply gauze pads for years. The ones I received are an inferior weave and not soft like 12 ply gauze pads typically are. They have a very peculiar, unpleasant texture making them unsuitable for the first aid applications I need them for.
