UPDATE:After trying them for two months I can say that they are not very effective and the fresh smell is lost after a week of use, so I would say that they are not worth buying since the shoe sprays can last you much longer than these insoles and are just as effective.Original review:These insoles come in eco-friendly packaging (paper box) and because of that they need to be used within a year, I reckon, otherwise, they will lose the scent over time. The smell they provide is subtle and smells fresh, floral, it reminds me of fabric softener. In the package, there are 6 pairs of insoles for sizes EU 39-41, UK 5.5-7.5, however, they can be easily cut to fit smaller sized shoes if you are not keen on buying multiple sizes since they might lose scent over time due to packaging. They are exceptionally thin and do not affect the space inside the shoe and when I tried to wear them, I find them comfortable and because they stick the insole they won't slide that much.They are great for moisture absorption and they have infused biocidal product to keep your shoes from developing a lot of bacteria and/or fungus, which is great. However, I do not find them as refreshing as I expected, my shoes still smell after wearing them for a few hours, but it could be that my feet just smell too much and the product is not to blame.Overall, for 6 pairs of refreshing and biocidal insoles that do not affect your shoe comfort, I find them excellent and well worth the asking price (£5.50).

Top marks for packaging which is a plain, simple cardboard box suitable for recycling The actual insoles are thinner than I expected, but fit into the sneakers I wear exclusively at the gym, and provide the essential freshness required for those particular shoes. The fragrance isn't in-your-face, but quiet a subtle, floral scent which is pleasant. but be aware there is a Best Before date of a year because, presumably, the fragrance will start to fade after that time. I've not used them long enough to detect any lessening, but I have to say, my gym shoes do smell better - a relief for all.The pack is good value at £5.50 for six pairs, but are the actual insoles biodegradable? I usually sprinkle a little baking soda into my shoes which does the job just as well, is cheaper and more eco-friendly.

Maybe I've been spoilt using Scholls insoles for many years now - just plain unscented ones, but I expected so much more from these. For the price you do get 6 pairs so you are getting value for money if quantity is what you're after but if you want an insole for comfort these won't be the ones to choose though they don't really claim to be overly comfortable.And maybe I got an old pack or one open to the air too long or whatever, but I couldn't smell much of anything off them even before using, and after using for 3 days my feet still had their usual overheated smell which was frustrating. I found them useless for comfort too in slippers where I felt that I was walking barefoot unlike with the Scholls which are much thicker and enjoyable to use. I'll take cushioned comfort over flat (un)scented anyday!

Surprisingly comfortable and they don't move at all in the shoes. I've worn them for a couple of days where I've walked about 10,000 steps a day and they are soft and fit the shoes perfectly.I have to say I've not noticed any scent from them. The shoes were not smelly and they smell the same with or without. Maybe if there had been a bad odour it could help to remove it, but as it is, it is just an extra comfortably insole that is pleasant to walk onI've not experienced any difference in how warm the feet get eitherThankfully there is no strong freebreeze smell, so for now I'm happy with them, but they remain to be tested in wet hiking boots when we do our next long winter hike. I'll update if there is any noticeable difference then good or bad

My work boots constantly stink. And these insoles were no match for the pong unfortunately. They just could not eliminate the odour.I think these are mainly for people who just need a slight freshen up of their footwear.In that case they're perfect for newly purchased footwear or footwear that is likely to start smelling.In terms of wearing them they really are unnoticeable. I wore them on top of my medicated insoles.They seem hard wearing so far.The scent is fairly subtle and not very strong.

These insoles are very thin and so are not useful for cushioning your foot in a shoe, or for filling up a slightly too big shoe, but they are comfortable in that you don't really know that they are there. The smell is quite pleasant and not overly strong so once in your shoe, I don't think that you will be aware of the smell. I am not sure whether they really will help with smelly feet as my feet are pretty good at not smelling, especially in the winter, but I will update this review in the summer. They are easy to cut down to size if needed.

These have a very subtle scent which is really disappointing.They are good at absorbing sweat and you barely feel them in your shoes, they just don’t do much to mask smell in the shoes.The packaging is eco friendly and it’s a decent price for what you get but if you are buying them to help with smelly feet these are not the ones.

A good value pack of insoles, they’re thin, so don’t really impact on the size of the shoe or boot, but they do add a little bit of extra comfort to the sole.They have a slight scented smell, probably more than you get when you have a sniff, I guess the smell release is more impactful when in your shoe.Great value and seem to do the job of limiting my foot smell.
