These were sooo cute, they're falling apart now but i just super glued it back together overall nice.

Like other reviewers have mentioned, the DS will not close all the way when this grip is on but it will enter sleep mode. I will not deduct a star for this because I like the way the raised cat paw improves my grip and I feel like if this were designed to allow the DS to shut fully it would lose that functionality. I purchased this to improve the grip on my circle pad & reduce thumb strain and the cover does exactly that. The little paw print is made out of a rubbery plastic that has a really strong grip to it and it feels nice on my thumb. It's really made my playtime more enjoyable and it's super cute.I don't have any issues with it coming off or sticking to the other side of the DS when it's left shut for long periods of time.

They fit well over the circle pad of the 3DS and they feel nice under my thumb, they don't impede the movement of the pad in any way and they in fact make it a little easier to control because your thumb doesn't slip. The dealbreaker for me is that with this over the circle pad, you can't fully close the machine! It's easy to put on, but hard to take off again: not designed to be put on and taken off over and over, and I don't want to strain the hinge.
