Ice Cream Pancake Ingredients : Imperial Butter Milk Pancake Mix 400 g, Milk 360 ml., Eggs 2, Chocolate, Vanilla Ice Cream, Strawberry, President Whipping Cream. How to : 1. Blend egg, milk and Pancake Mix until homogeneous and leave for 15 mins. 2. Pour on a greased hot frying pan. Fry until bubbles appear and edges begin to dry. 3. Turn and fry other side unitl golden brown. 4. Cut the strawberries in half. Spread the whipping cream onto the pancake and top with strawberries. Put another pancake on top. 5. Prepare pancakes served with vanilla ice cream + chocolate topping and beautifully decorated with fruits.
