SPOON 800 Bar, 40R Black

I remember in my 20s, seeing old guys riding with riser bars and big tall stems on their mountain bikes. It looked silly, at the time and I of course was riding with a long stem, flat bars and bar ends. Now I’m that old guy, and these riser bars make riding far more enjoyable! I am riding the same trails I usually do, but with more comfort, speed and control, getting Strava PR‘s on many of my usual routes… I had some concern that the riser bars would make climbs harder, but this is not really an issue. If you want to go down the rabbit hole on how higher handlebars can improve trail riding ( we are talking about MTB enduro and downhill type stuff, more than smooth cross country, but I really like the risers even on xc trails) look into the raised reverse stem by be more bikes… It is an extreme example of the concept. (And far more expensive than these riser bars!)

Highest bend bars that would work on my surron. The only ones I could find in silver, however it is a very flat finish, not even satin so be aware of that. They've help up great after a few track days so far.

Nice bars at a good price. I use these on my Mountain bike to do everything from general trail riding to hitting jumps and drops. A good choice especially if you need higher rise bars. Also comes with a free mud gaurd that is part of the packaging. Very cool little addition. Spank makes quality stuff. I have used their pedals and have been really happy with them. I have friends using their wheels as well. There stuff really holds up. I highly recommend it.

I see guys with Spank bars from time to time at a local park, and they always stand out with the colors and graphics. I finally snagged one for myself for my new hardtail. It's really strong and light, plus the 60mm rise is better than I thought it would be. I was concerned it may be too tall, but it's just right. I also sometimes use this bike to commute, and it's pretty comfortable. Of course, I love the Blue anodized look!Great upgrade- especially if you crash hard enough to damage your current bar!

I needed riser bars so I could sit more upright and 75mm turned out to be a perfect fit. The orange looks great all around

Diese extrabreite Lenkerstange sieht toll aus. Wir haben sie in an einem Orbea MX2930 XL verbaut. Die Lenkerstange passt sehr gut und macht einen stabilen Eindruck.

I bought this handlebar to put on my freeride bike and it really feels great. The rise is noticeable and a personal preference thing. The back sweep is very prominent and something you most likely have to get used to in case you are coming from a normal sweep (straight) handlebar. For jumps the sweep doesn't really make that big of a difference. On the contrary while going downhill it feels very comfortable and almost invites you to get your weight back. The coding is very light and while installing your cockpit, that is shifter(s) and brake(s), you should be careful and try not to scratch the finish. The "packaging" is an including fender / mudguard which is a very nice thing to have, and something that came in very handy for my use case. In general a very beautiful handlebar, with nice characteristics (for my taste) in shape, but with some sub optimal quality finish.

acheter pour un ami, il est satisfait

J'ai acheté ce cintre avec un très grand "rise" afin de le monter sur une potence la plus relevée possible afin de redresser ma position. Grace à cette modification, j'ai pu reprendre le Mountain Bike.Très beau cintre. Il est très large mais je l'ai raccourci très facilement à l'aide d'un coupe tube acheté pour quelques Euros.
