I've been buying this product for almost a year and I love it! Another good thing the company is always sending me email asking me how I feel with my purchase. I like that they take care of their customers.It's 4 stars because I can't close the package it's really annoying.

tastes good, good price. All the different raw powders taste different (we don't ever use sugary cocoa type drink mixes, anyway) but I have tried several different raw cacao powders. They take a couple tastes to get used to. This one is good. I always have peace of mind when using organic cocao powder for my kids, since I wouldn't want to deprive them of the joy that is chocolate milk!! I usually make a few glass jars of sweetened cacao milk in advance, since I need to blend it with a little hot water first to make an almost paste concentrate, and just shake before serving.

This powder is just okay it's a bit bitter. It's still good for you. I prefer another choice on Amazon called Viva organic cacao powder from Peru notice the photo the dark cocoa powder is the Viva the light colored powder is the Caribbean. There is a difference in taste!! I prefer the smooth creamy chocolatey taste of Viva. Try both for yourself and decide

I thought I would upgrade my father from his usual supermarket or health food shop cocoa, by buying an organic and raw version. I thought he would rave about the difference. Regrettably he just said it tasted very good. I said can you tell the difference from your usual stuff, and I got sort of a lackluster head nod, so assuming that meant no.I am not disappointed, it was his 84th birthday and along with a few other things wanted to get him something speccial, so while no complaints at all, it was not a rock our world item as I had hoped.

This picture makes the powder look red, kind of like cinnamon, but the actual product is brown, as it should be. It mixes very well in both cold and hot foods. I usually mix it into plain yogurt - I've found it mixes much better with high-protein yogurt than with a higher-carb product. If mixed first with a higher-protein product, then it will mix smoothly with a higher-carb product. Has a great flavor, not gritty, not bitter. It comes in a large, resealable bag, and tends to poof out a little powder when closed. What more can I say? Yummy.

The flavor of this cocoa powder is wonderful. Unfortunately, it is very "chalky" to me. Leaves a ton of residue in any kind of syrup I have made or other things. I am sure it would be amazing for baking though. If you are looking to make chocolate syrup I would stay away from this brand, but if you are looking for an awesome baking cocoa you will most likely be very happy with this.

I can't attest to it's super food powers, but I can tell you this stuff is DELICIOUS. Try it once and you'll NEVER buy Hershey's again. I use it for a variety of low carb recipes, but my favorite is low carb hot chocolate. Amazing rich perfect chocolate flavor. Microwave a mug 3/4 full of unsweetened almond milk for 1 minute. Stir in 1 tbsp of this cacao powder and 1 tbsp of heavy whipping cream. Sweeten to taste. Top with sugar free whipped cream for extra decadence.

Nicest cocoa powder I have ever had! Rich and flavorful, makes alkali-processed cocoa taste like the dirt it is. I put a tablespoon in my morning protein shake and it was chocolate strawberry bliss! Added a huge scoop to my banana bread recipe and it came out like chocolate brownies, rich and tasty beyond belief. Inexpensive too! It is a huge amount, if and when I run out I will buy more!
