The first few chapters are great, but only a few types of mushrooms are covered. The majority of the chapters deal with marketing and selling.

Its an okay book. Seems just to skim the surface of everything leaving you with a lot of questions

And this was a great overview of growing and selling mushrooms. I would recommend this book to anyone who, like me, is interested in growing and selling mushrooms but doesn’t really know where to start.

This book doesn’t explain the mushroom growing process in-depth. However, the book lays out a lot of basic business applications that can get the gears turning. Easy read and has a lot of great resources about almost anything. From accounting to packaging supplies and plenty on how to get set up as a mushroom grower. Overall very informative.

Good beginning book, not much at all about selling tactics.

Really got some gears turning. If you're curious but not sure if you want to make a move on making profit off of mushrooms, I would definitely recommend giving it a read. Very inspiring, stellar resources, overall, great place to get started for researching your fungal dream business.

Great book for the average Joe looking to understand how a business selling mushrooms works. completely worth the money I spent

Great for the most part, if you have gone to business school or are in any way savvy you will feel some of this is very rudimentary, they did have some good insight on market approaches but soft at best

This book is american which is a disadvantage when reading it as an English person. I am disappointed with the quality of the pictures and overall the paper the book is printed on. The instructions are somewhat confusing and incomplete for a beginner. I haven't read any further than that as will probably buy another book. Maybe the rest of the info is clearer and more useful. If so, I will come back and edit my review.

Covers not just growing but all small business aspects and has links to an abundance of resources. No nonsense, concise and informative.
