Bad quality seeds ever received. It reads Organics but in one spoon of seeds there are several hard seeds which does not get soaked. I use it as medicinal treatment to soak and consume it every morning. To my surprise being Organics there should not be any hard seed not to get soaked overnight. Also there are few hard pcs which are not seeds. Bad Organic quality seeds. Further bad part is this item can not be returned. I will not buy it again.

These seeds have been great for sprouting, and although the flavor is pretty strong, we really enjoy the mixing them with other sprouts. They sprout easy, and the germination has been near 100%. We generally let them sprout for about 4 days and then add them to salads, soups and sandwiches. Great source of fiber, vitamins and minerals.

I love to add these seeds to my morning oatmeal, after soaking them in hot water + cooking. They are delicious and healthy. They help me keep my weight & muscle mass up where I want them. Eating them also makes my sweat smell like maple syrup!

This item did not clearly state on the advertisement that this item is not gluten free. I have celiac disease and very careful about what I purchase. I have ordered many items from this company and never was there an issue with cross contamination with wheat. This item is processed in a facility that processes wheat and I cannot eat that at all! I want a refund if I can't return it. It was not openned.

Easy to sprout. 100% germinate!

If you’re gonna make me rate the packaging, I’m gonna complain that it’s plastic. Other than that is a fabulous product I’ve used for sprouting and growing herbs, so far it’s all sprouted for me, the bits I’ve used in cooking have been delicious, and the bits I’ve planted are very happy.

These are a great bargin in terms of bulk. I purchased these to keep my breast milk flowing. The first day, I made double the milk I normally did.

These seeds sprout almost a hundred percent.

If you are interested in giving your testosterone a boost as I was, this is an easy addition to your dinners! I ground the seeds and then put 1tsp on my dinner daily! Along with a healthy lifestyle, this is definitely a great addition!
