I dislike most soft drinks but the flavour from these is subtle yet enough that you can taste it. We put 1 in our 2l hydration packs and it just flavours the water enough to stop it being boring with the added bonus of vitamins. My partner suffers with cramp so the ones with magnesium in are ideal.
