I add this to my AIPeazy hot cereal on occasion. It's a comfort item!

Overall, has a pretty good taste. This particular brand, or at least what I got tends to break into tiny pieces very easily. Has a lot of coconut in it, so if you’re a coconut lover this should really please you. I’m kind of neutral on coconut so I think the taste could be better.

Of course it isn’t the same as oatmeal, but with a few blueberries, a splash of maple syrup and some coconut milk, this very much filled the void of not having oatmeal. Delicious!!!

I really like this product. It is a little bland, but I don't like excessively sweetness in any kind of food, so this mix is perfect for me. If you get enough raisins in the coconut flake mix, it adds to the flavor quite a bit. I put about 1 to 2 TBSPs into my coconut yogurt with 1 tsp of Ceylon cinnamon and a half cup of berries. Yum! It's just the right amount of crunch that makes my brain think I'm eating granola. THANK YOU AIPeazy! So glad I found you. The price is not bad either considering you really don't have to use much.

Good alternative cereal.I wish the bag was a little bigger.I enjoyed every last bite though.

Yummm. So filling. 1/4 cup of this is like a bowl of cereal. I really liked it...lots of texture.

I was expecting it to be sweet but it was actually salty.

Very expensive but I missed cereal so much so I tried this and it’s great with blueberries and coconut milk!
