This is a very sturdy product; it saves time and is convenient to use, I stuck it in the front where it is most used, just perfect for me.

This is a well-made product and seems very sturdy. No, it's not fancy but it's all metal and the faucet seems to be good quality. I have no trouble with it standing up even with the hose hanging on it, but my soil is probably harder than most. If you have soft or sandy soil you might need a "helper" stake next to it, like a length of rebar or something, to go deeper in the ground. I've had it a year and it still looks and works well.

AquaJoe is an affordable two-in-one garden hose hanger and remote spigot. I don't have a tap on the south side of my house, but I've used the north water tap to run a hose 70 feet for easy water access on the south side gardens of the house. The unit is easy to install in soil that is not Rocky and stays put. My soil is fairly Rocky and only a few inches down there is caliche rock. It's easy enough to break through, usually, then dig a hole large enough for the post. Backfill once the pole is in place and thoroughly tamp down the filled hole. The result is a sturdy and non-shifting AquaJoe. For those who have softer soil, it is easily placed by standing on the foot base to sink the primary and secondary stakes. I have two in use, one of which I purchased years ago (and it's still in good repair). A few months ago I purchased another for a different area and I’ve not been disappointed.

It rocks just a little because the upright is 2 securely joined pcs, but it's very attractive and the faucet fittings are good quality. It is DEFINITELY not designed to be hammered into the ground. If you have medium heavy soil, I recommend pre-drilling the hole for the stake. Alternatively, with the long upright removed, place a wooden block atop the lower (short) section of the stake and drive it in with a 2-lb hammer.

Love this product! Well built, sturdy, simple, easy to implement. When a patio was put on the house, the outdoor faucet became hard to access, below the deck, close to the gravel fill under the patio. After planting a permaculture garden, the watering plan included splitters / carrier hoses to 4 locations, and soaker hoses throughout the beds. Due to the space limitations with the outdoor faucet under the patio, there was no room to install the {legally required} pressure / back flow valve OR {more importantly??} a timer to stop forgetful peeps from leaving the water on overnight (eeek). Fully acknowledging that this is not the intended use for this product, it is perfectly suited. Very easy to install in the gravel base by the faucet. By connecting a short hose from the faucet to the Aqua Joe intake, and adding the pressure valve and timer, the splitter now sits above the deck where it is easy to access. The watering plan complies with the pressure/backflow valve requirement and prevents overwatering! Very happy with this product - thanks to the manufacturers!

This absolutely solved our problem having to reach behind hedge -- through spiders webs -- to turn on water for hose! Perfect! And easy to store hose on it too!

Great design but not enough welds to make it sturdy. The fittings leaked on 2 of the three units I bought. Defeats the purpose.

I purchased this for my mom's yard so she could turn her water on and off easily. Her hose bib is so low it was hard to reach and her balance isn't good. I absolutely love this product, very sturdy and great quality! I highly recommend it!!!

easy to assemble // does require work to get into the ground especially clay/soil ground

We really like sun joe/ snow Joe products. Putting it together was easy, although it felt a little wobbly. Putting it into the ground was much harder. I think it was our clay soil, but that was the hardest part. We have been using it almost daily for a month. It works as it supposed to. Feels sturdy in the ground. Only wish it came in different heights. Would definitely recommend, and would buy again.
