The media could not be loaded.  Points are unbelievable sharp as expected with Gamakatsu. Think I average about 4-7 hooksets before I notice degradation in the hook point however the points are usually repairable to some extent. I use these to compliment some baits with the red presentation. Unfortunately the paint will chip when dragging on the bottom and around structures. To avoid this I simple add cadence while retrieving my line in suspension (no contact with bottom). I know it says superline on the description but its actually in the middle of regular wire and superline which is exactly what I was hoping for. Not as thick as other superlines but it's still very strong.

Gamakatsu makes the very best hooks in the business in my opinion. Very, very sharp hooks. Lots of size options. Look around online, the best fisherman use Gamakatsu hooks. There’s a reason for that! There’s one one “BEST” and Gamakatsu it it!

I won't use anything else. Perfect hooks for texas rigged worms, etc.

They may be one size too large, but they perform amazingly when Texas rigging a worm or other similarly shaped soft plastics. Nice and sharp right out of the package! You can't really ask for better at their price.
