It’s a good product. I put it on natural stone in a shower and it’s working great. I put 3 coats and the water is beading up.

Excellent product, does what it claims to do. Super easy to apply; I used a paint roller for application of two outdoor areas with flagstone. Went on super fast, socked in and dried quickly. As instructed, I tested an area 4 ours later and it was sealed. I could detect no odor whatsoever outside. I wished I applied this to my outdoor grill and dining area 5 years ago when it was first built. Over the years, grease and spills from dining guests did stain some of my flagstone and there's no way to get that out. After application last week, we had a party and a few guests did spill and everything came up without a stain! The product is affordable too. I've used another product from this company that was also superb but for whatever reason, a quart was $45! This was far more affordable and works. Once dry, you'll see no difference between the area protected versus those that are not; it absolutely maintains the original appearance. I have an outside shower area and only wanted to use the product around the shower (no need elsewhere). It is impossible to tell where the product was applied and not applied, unless you get the area wet! Then you really see how well protected the flagstone is; water beads up. You can cover a large area rather quickly with a paint roller and matching tray. Pour the liquid in, let the roller soak it up, roll. Couldn’t be easier to apply.

I sealed a new flagstone patio after power washing it. I noticed my dog's wet foot prints don't get absorbed in to the stone any more. Also, any bird droppings, grill grease or other things haven't been absorbed. However I've also been diligent about cleaning it regularly and not letting potential stains stay on the stone. So far its been about two months. I have plenty left over from the gallon I ordered if I need to re-seal at a later date, even though the instructions say that I shouldn't need to do so. I applied using a sprayer and it worked fine. Be careful to not over saturate or you'll get a white residue. That happened to me in one place and I quickly cleaned if off and it has returned to normal color after rain and sunshine exposure. This product does a nice job of keeping the stone's natural look and avoids the wet look of other sealers.

Sealed about 3000 SF of new concrete using a sprayer. Went on well and the concrete quickly absorbed the sealer. Every 2 to 3 minutes used a towel to remove excess that was not absorbed. Dried quickly to the touch.

It dried quite quickly for me (approx 1 hour), but then again, I live in a dry SW USA.I sprayed it on my newly-poured driveway, and it beads water off as if the driveway is made of plastic. It’s so incredibly effective.Also, the 5 gallon bucket has a pour spout that made it super easy to pour into my little pump bucket, and the feature made is incredibly easy to store.

I tried to seal a brand new granite surface. I used 2 coats. It dried for 24 hours and was stained by strawberries a few days later. No amount of scrubbing would remove the stain. This was a lot of money to spend on a product that does not do anything.

I love this product, I have bought several 1 gallon pail, you can see one in the photo, but I decided to work on a bigger project and instead of buying gallon by gallon I ordered the 5 gallon bucket, BIG MISTAKE. I have always applied it with a 1 gallon sprayer, this time I did the same while applying the contents of the "5 gallon bucket", but was able to fill the sprayer only 3 times and only 1/5 of a gallon was left. That is: ***the 5 gallon bucket only had 3 1/5 gallons***. So I just wasted money and time buying the 5 gallon bucket, because now I have to order more and wait.The product works great and that's why I'm giving it 3 stars, but DO NOT BUY THE 5 GALLON BUCKET IF YOU DON'T WANT TO LOSE MONEY.To clarify: The bucket came in a box, the box was in perfect condition, no spills, no problems.

At first looks like just water, once you applied (I did red brick) in just minutes, water was not wetting the wall at all! I was blown away by the results. Will use it again
