Our rough collie has kip and joint issues. These definitely helped with those issues so the product does what it claims. However, our collie also has a sensitive stomach, and these will upset her stomach enough to lead to throwing up if they are not given in strict moderation

My girl, Shadow, absolutely loves these treats. She has started moving around easier since I started giving them to her.I will definitely be getting this again.

I honestly can't remember if I have reviewed these before, but even if I have they deserve a second round of 5 stars. For our two dogs with hip issues, giving them these treats have significantly cut down on their stiffness and limping. One of them has no issues at all and the other only becomes stiff/lame if he plays extremely hard. All three of our dogs absolutely love these things. They go into their daytime enclosure well before they have to just because they want their treat. I always giggle at them and say that these must be the best dang treats in the world for them to decide to be in their kennel early and to be sitting at attention waiting for me to give out treats. Clearly, our household strongly recommends this product.

Pomeranians look for a better treat than surrender to eating these. But her, sometimes they get homemade chicken jerky.🤷‍♀️they aren’t dumb!

We got these for my senior husky. She’s not in love with them but she will eat them but that’s not why I buy them. We use these for the joint health benefits. She’s had 2 knee surgeries & has been great on these. She moves around much better after having these for awhile. We have an older pit/boxer mix. He’s a bit arthritic because of his age (about 14). According to his weight, I give him four treats at bedtime. The Hip and Joint treats seem to really help keep him comfortable, which means we don’t have to use prescribed pain medication as much, which his liver & kidneys appreciate! He knows they’re part of our bedtime routine, and he patiently waits for them every night. I’m a very happy repeat purchaser.

We have tried many different brands of hip & joint treats for our girl. She has bad hips and sometimes does not even want to get out of bed in the morning. She was not playing like she used to, and that was not like her. She is spoiled so I thought maybe she just did not want to get out of bed. I get it! She is only 9 and acts like she is much older at times. Nothing seemed to work, and she really did not like the flavor of any we tried. She is a larger dog. I searched Amazon for large dog hip and joint. The Old Mother Hubbard Product came up immediately. I loved the list of ingredients and that they were like a dog biscuit and not a pill form treat. It is also very affordable! She took to them right away, and I am not kidding when I saw we saw a difference in her right away. If we don't give her these, we can see a decline in her activity level. These are a very good product and have helped ease our dogs joints. The only bugbear I have is the two week delivery time.

My old black lab eats 1 or 2 of these a day for the glucosamine content for his aging hips and stifle joints. He doesn't go crazy for them, they must not smell very appealing, but he does eat them without a hassle and he can be quite finicky. I rate them a 5 for the cost and the fact that they have the bonus of containing glucosamine in a treat form.
