They arrived flat in the box, not folded, which meant no creases for holes. They are durable, it took a few times of zipping it before it finally sealed completely. I did add a oxygen absorber in to keep my rice and flour free from air. I was going to get the 5 gallon, but too many reviews mentioned air leaks due to them being folded for shipping. I'm glad I got these instead, 4 bags fits perfectly in a 5 gallon food grade bucket, which means I can open 1 bag at a time and the rest still stays fresh.

My only concern was how long the zip closure would last and they have proven VERY durable. These are an ideal size. They have a closed gusseted bottom and an open top with both a zip lock and optional heat seal above the zip. They are the most intelligently designed Mylar bags on Amazon.Why would you want a bag that is open on the bottom and requires a heat seal before you can use it, when you can have your chose with these? Use the zip lock or heat seal the bag for permanent storage. These are the bags you want.

Good product and they have a zip seal!! looks like they are good quality, and arrived in great shape. No issues and they heat seal easily. Will buy again.

The ziplock pulled away from the bag rather than releasing. I was still able to heat seal it but I bought these for the lock feature and was disappointed

Overpriced and not good quality. Sharp corners. Thin seals on the sides of the bag. And there were only 46 bags instead of 50. Found better bags for almost half the price. Stay away from these, they are overpriced and had a 20% not-sealed rate out of the ones I used. Very dissatisfied.
