They were inexpensive and I wasn't expecting a big difference, but I've noticed my plantar fasciitis has not been as noticeable in the three weeks since I've started wearing these around the house. My issues started because I've been working from home and not wearing shoes during the day. These keep my ankles at closer to a 90° angle which has seemed to relieve some of my pain. They are simple to put on. I'm glad I bought them.

I ordered what was shown as the man's size. I was never able to put them on and make them work because they won't cover enough of my feet. They are uncomfortable. The "velcro" type strips are uncomfortable if the edge is touching skin because it feels like it wants to cut my skin. I cannot get them tight enough to work and be comfortable. I even tried to put them on backwards thinking maybe I'm doing it wrong. That was 3 times worse for comfort. I tossed them aside and haven't picked them up. Wasted money.

Helped foot pain but I am sensitive to certain materials and my skin broke out in a rash. Yes, I did wash them.

I had a pretty bad heel bone injured. Ankle broke in several pieces. I did not have surgery because bones stay in place. It been a year and 1/2 since the accident. I developed tendinitis. I tried several ankle support without success until I got this one it is the best one I ever got. it is light, I can wear it with any of my shoes. It brings a lot of support to my ankle with out swallowing my foot for the pressure of it. I highly recommend it. Thanks.

I was excited to try these out. I wore them constantly for the first week that I had them. They are a little bigger than my feet so it makes it hard to put on socks. At first it was a minor annoyance but over time they would cause bunching in my socks and it would cause unnecessary rubbing on my feet causing blisters. I tried wearing them over my socks and it was even worse because now they would somehow come out of the shoes I was wearing and people could see them. I think if I did order these again I would try to go for a smaller size. I just wish it was easier to know what size you should wear especially if you are in-between sizes on the chart. I wear a 9.5 in men’s

I'm usually not a believer in this jind if stuff, but i was at my wit's end with uncurable foot pain. I have no idea how, but these things WORK. Too inexpensive to not try.

It states that it is a pair, it is NOT! Only received one..... Does nothing for support.... Ace Bandages cost less, and do more for support, waste of money!!!!!

Doe s the job

Both supports for left foot. Difficult to put on, little support given.ANOTHER rubbish product! Time for me to give up trying.
