Delivered flat-packed!
It took two of us about 4 hours to construct!This a very nice table and lovely to play on

Flat packed…..
It came flat packed it took around 4 hours to put together then had to re-do some parts it wasn’t as simple as it looked & the instructions was not very clear Took a lot of times to get it right. & also had to drill a hole as there wasn’t one like the manual said. Very stressful between 4 of us !!!

Delivery slow and I had to chase several time to get a delivery date. However this was during the pandemic so this will have paid a part I’m sure. When unpacking a box was stuck to the mastic on the rear of the table which when removing the box pulled the mastic off, which I added white mastic to hold the top panel on (see photos). Pay attention to the instructions as they are not that clear, with the up right u tubes make sure the studs are sticking out at the bottom where the table sits when the tables are up, these are not shown on the instruction.

Nice table, terrible customer service.
This table is well made; but the entire experience of buying it has been incredibly poor and stressful. There was no communication from the company, the promised delivery date in the confirmation email came and went... no table, no communication, no phone number to ring, no answer to emails - merely a reply saying it takes 14 days to respond to any email so don’t email again. The 14 working days went by after I emailed - no reply to email, no table, nothing to say what was going to happen. I recognise we are in strange times, but this level of disregard to a customer is woeful. To me spending this amount of money was a big deal and I wasn’t actually sure I was ever going to get my order. Eventually 5 weeks after the promised delivery time the table turned up. It takes 2 people to put it together but the instructions were clear and it seems well made. But the whole experience has been awful from start to finish.
