Kay Arthur is a seasoned author with a thorough knowledge of scripture. I completed the workbook and watched the online videos for her Bible study Our Covenant God. I realized I had never really understood the importance of covenant. Kay's teaching sparked an interest in learning more on this topic. I bought the book to further my study and I was not disappointed. Men or women will find it useful. I challenge you to use this to open your heart to the beautiful plan God had when he cut covenant with his people.

I have done the 12 week study "Covenant". Kay takes the study and makes it readable for all. Stellar resource for what Christians receive in salvation from Our Covenant God.

"Our Covenant God" was mentioned in our weekly Bible Study by our Pastor as we began the study of the covenant God made with man. Pastor said he reads it at least once a year. Well, I thought perhaps I should see what has our man of God so commited to reading this book. From the first page to the last it was like manna from heaven. Each chapter opened my eyes to the significance and depth of God's love for me and His unfailing commitment to my salvation; His unending grace that he would build into His contract and my daily life a way for me to understand and walk in His love and His power and understand His mercy towards me. I was born into a covenant. When I gave my life to Jesus Christ and was born again, God's covenant was again opened to me in a new and different way, When I sin, God His covenant covers me. Through communion His covenant reminds me of the price paid for my sin and salvation. Through the marriage covenant, I am not ony a bride of the church, but of my spouse. There is no highway in life I can turn to now and not realize my convenant relationship with God. Thank you, Kay Arthur, for making our covenant relationship with God so crystal clear!

Exactly what I needed

This book is truly inspired by God. The author outlines in detail the promises of God that all believers should know. In addition, she defines the meaning of establishing a covenant with God and God's ability to fulfill his covenant with his people.

If you want to have a deep life changing experience, I recommend this book. As Christians we are told about God's promises and His faithfulness. The word promise does not do justice to God's commitment to us."Our Covenant God" brings understanding of the word "Covenant"and reveals a whole new level of relationship.I am looking at the Covenants God made with His people with new eyes.

All her books are a blessing.

The truths shared in this book are absolutely life changing. Take it slow and study God's Word as you read it.
