Recognize and Heal Yourself Through the Power of the Spirit Hardcover – October 4, 2019

This book is really good. Really recommend this if you have an open mind to spiritual ideas and natural healing. I had success with it personally (I’ll spare the details!), and I just bought a second copy to give as a gift! ...I might buy more, honestly…PRINTING QUALITY. First, The printing is really fantastic with gorgeous blue inner and outer covers. It also comes shrink wrapped so it feels new and deluxe, and the bookmark ribbon is useful and pretty, and the whole package just feels classy and premium. I think this could be a good book as a gift for people serious about spiritual knowledge and willing to explore this in addition to seeing a doctor. (FYI - This book makes it very clear it's OK to see a doctor)Second, This book is pretty deep for me, so I know I missed a lot, but it also provides concrete suggestions, so I'm definitely going to keep this handy as a reference boom (and it looks really nice on the bookshelf anyway). It has short chapters on regions of the body (like brain, heart, lungs, digestive organs, etc.) and then also gives exercises and explanations for specific illness like: thyroid gland issues, depression, epilepsy, tonsils, fertility, feet, scrofula etc. Too many to list, but definitely seems like every part of the body is covered somehow!HERBAL TEAS. I was a bit overwhelmed by all the suggestions in this book when it comes to teas (they’re given naturally throughout the book rather than just thrown into a chart). I've made a few and plan to try more. I think herbalists could really do a lot with this text.For example, there are recommended teas (brews?!) for: relaxation, toothaches, vocal chords, heart problems, lungs/bronchia, uterus, prostate, ulcers, psoriasis, cleansing, lung cancer, etc..... and also to help the body build healthy blood.COLORS/FRAGRANCES. There are some interesting tips about how we can use colors and smells for personal growth.

Nice to have access to this subject matter.

This book was recommended to me and I’m so grateful for that recommendation. This has been truly a transformative book for me. This is a book that I re-read sections almost daily. I highly recommend this book for anyone seeking information on spiritual healing.

It's opening my eyes to things I hadn't recognized before, but which, over time, become clear.The sections on the effects of colors and scents were more straightforward than other similar materials.
