I was looking for an upgrade from a smaller igloo canteen to a larger size. This was at least 2x the size and almost 3x the price of my igloo. I love it. I liked the colors and tried this one out. And hey.. two metal cups too. Cool.First off I never take it out of the carry sleeve in part because of insulation and also partly because of the carry strap. Color of the jug didn’t matter. Meh. The lid and handle is nice and sturdy with no issues after 6 months of use. Keeps the water colder longer than my igloo so I’m very pleased with my purchase and would do it again in a heartbeat.

My husband takes it to work and it keeps the water cold for a very long time. We will buy more in the future.

In short, this is a guilty purchase since I was tired of refilling 1/2-gallon thermos at my 15- or 20-minute breaks at work. That thermos did not keep dust and debris off the pour cap or out from underneath the main lid. This however is the opposite of that due screw-on feature of the pour cap. The handle and hinges that connect to the main lid seem quite sturdy and well-made as well as the container itself. However, I did see at least one review that showed the handle breaking off from the cap. However, if this does happen, I am decent at fabricating and making it so that it is fixed. My current idea of preventing all of this from happening is getting a case with a strap. Preferably a gun sling of some sort instead of the normal strap or perhaps a tool bag strap will be used instead of whatever strap is used on the case of my choice. This has plenty of capacity for the currency spent. In all honesty, I have yet to test the 48-hour cold drink claim. It remained cold for 12 hours that is what I do know. However, I am quite certain that it will outperform this claim, due to other people's reviews. I am not much of a hot drink person so not much to say about that. Well not until winter anyway. I absolutely love that this came with two 16-ounce stainless steel cups. Their claim of it being leakproof is accurate. I can only hope that this is the last thermos I ever buy. Would I recommend it? Absolutely! especially if you are a person who likes a lot of water or whatever other beverage you choose to put in it. The best thing about this is that it does not hold the flavor of previous drinks like with the plastic-lined thermos options that are out there. This thing takes up a sizeable amount of space so not exactly convenient in that regard but then you could get a smaller size. What do you expect out of a gallon container some degree of modesty? Move on! Yes, the main lid is a bit of a struggle to unscrew due to the width of it, and that there is a vacuum seal. I find such a struggle to be a bit easier if the pouring cap is unscrewed before unscrewing the main lid. However, if you would like such a process to be a little bit easier perhaps glue on some of that material that is used in a kitchen drawer for a liner.

I absolutely love this one gallon jug. I’ve used it 24/7 for nearly 2 years and it’s handled nearly all the abuse I’ve been able to dish out on it, such as picking it up by the tiny open spout lid instead of the large handle. I love ice cold water, and our water in Arizona tastes like dirt due to having some kind of harmless Algae that they don’t bother to filter out of the tap water. So I fill this baby with ice and reverse osmosis water, and I’m good for the rest of the day without having to drink room temperature “dirt water”. The main lid is hard to open sometimes if you twist it on too tight, but the large handle is made so well that it has no wear after wrenching that thing open and shut over 1,000 times. If it gets really stuck on you, you can pin the jug between your legs and use both hands to wrench the handle which more than doubles how much force you can put on the handle, making it pop open easily.Sadly, I’m buying another one since I managed to puncture the outer shell of the jug, which turned it into a regular “non-vacuum sealed”, one gallon jug. I can still use my old one in the house, but I can’t stick it in my 150 degree car all day without all the ice melting quickly. With the “vacuum” seal unbroken, it could literally go for 2 full days in a hot car without melting all of the ice in the water. It probably would have survived if it had that new carrying case that it now comes with. I was driving down the road with my jug sitting on the passenger seat of my Mustang GT and some idiot decided to change lanes without looking or signaling. So I dived out of the way by mashing the brakes really hard, which sent my Buzio flying into the dashboard so hard that it broke the vacuum seal of the jug. Thankfully, this saved me thousands of dollars of damage to my bodywork, and my dashboard managed to win the altercation with the flying jug of ice water without getting damaged. So my Buzio was the only casualty. I think I’ll put the seatbelt on him from now on to save my new jug from all the bad drivers I have to evade. Sticking it behind the passenger seat would also prevent it from turning into a cruise missile during an accident.

Lasted a very long 12 game youth football season. Durable, even for my son who drops everything like any 6th grade boy who is careless. This jug was worth every penny and is ready for next season!

I like it a lot so far. Very easy to clean due to the wide mouth and the aluminum cups are great! No leaking so far and keeps drinks cold. BUT the holder/carrying strap is impossible to put back on the jug after it has been taken off.

I got this for my partner since he seems to drink a whole river everday. He ABSOLUTELY LOVES IT! Doesn't stop thanking me every time, saying how much it helps him stay hydrated especially at the shop (He's a mechanic). The shot cups are nice! He doesn't use them as much but they have come in handy at time on trips. He also loves the sleeve, don't allow me to take it off.I love this company ever since I bought my first bottle years ago. No other brand (not even Stanley) is able to keep cold drinks cold for 48hrs and hot drinks for 24hrs. Absolutely love Buzio!

It is perfect for me. I work nights andI don't have access to a refrigerator to keep my juices cold. With this Juggernaut keeping liquids cold is not an issue. Stored in our refrigerator at home it's very cold (not frozen) when I take it to work and still cold when I come home 8 hours later. At the size of a gallon thats more than enough to keep one from getting thirsty. It may be a bit on the pricey side but there is no doubt about it's great quality so it is very much worth the money.
