Sweet Nature | Allulose Sweetener - Ideal Zero Sugar Substitute for Diabetics - Keto, Gluten-Free, Low Carb, Low Calorie, Low Glycemic & Kosher (14oz)

This Allulose is the closest natural or artificial sweetener to sugar that I've ever tried, and I'm pretty sure I've tried them all. The granules and taste are identical to table sugar; you just have to use about 1/4 more than you would real sugar, as it's about 2/3rd the sweetness of sugar. My blood sugar levels remained unchanged for the week and a half I tested them while trying this product. There was no bloating or indigestion whatsoever, although I probably like foods less sweet than the average person. For someone who is extremely strict with their diet, Allulose lets me feel like I'm cheating a little - even though I'm not! I love it in my morning coffee with half 'n half - it reminds me of coffee ice cream. I will be purchasing this routinely from now on.

Great keto sweetener without the artificial flavor, without the too sweet taste of stevia, the odd cool mouth feel or gastrointestinal issues some have with Erythritol or the odd flavor of Monk fruit. You do have to use a bit more, I'd say 1.5 to 1 than cane sugar, but for getting that sweet taste you miss with keto diets (I've only used it for iced tea so far..but you can fully appreciate the sweetness for what it is in iced tea) this is a great sugar substitute.People with diabetes and obesity can also benefit from this sugar substitute because its low in calories and has little effect on blood sugar because its flushed through your system without impacting blood sugars!Pros:Tastes greatNo blood sugar interactions for diabetes and keto ketosisLow calorieGreat keto alternativeOnly cons:It's expensive (but what isn't lately and keto products are always more money) andIt's a small package and having to use more than cane sugar baking/cooking with it would be more costly.

No bitterness or aftertaste. It is not a 1:1 sugar ratio though... it is less sweet than sugar, so I need to use a bit more than how much I'd use if regular sugar. But tastes wonderful with NO after taste like with stevia or monk fruit. Will buy again.

This is my favorite allulose sweetner! Bonus is it's non-gmo. Taste great and it's good for my keto. This is cheaper than buying it in the stores. Doesn't spike my blood sugar.
