First of all I am impressed that an entry level drone is completely serviceable. It says a lot about DJI.Replacing this arm took me about 3 hours - this is the first time I've had the drone apart. You will need the screwdriver that came with the drone or a small magnetic Philips screwdriver and a soldering iron. It's a good idea to search YouTube for "Mavic Mini arm replacement".Here are the main steps.Unscrew top panel and removeUnscrew bottom panel and remove.Unscrew heat sink and removeDisconnect antenna wireUnsolder three leads from main circuit board (note DJI seems to use a solder that melts at a higher temp than most US solder)Unscrew arm and pop out the connecting assemblyBreak glue seal holding wires in placeRemove the arm, rearm the connecting assembly and insert new armScrew arm into placeResolder three wiresGuide antenna wire across circuit board and reattachReplace heat sinkReplace lower panelReplace upper panelRecalibrate IMULike I said - it's quite an involved process but other than getting my soldering iron hot enough, there were no difficult steps and not much chance of doing permanent damage to the drone if you make a mistake.
