Zembrin by far is the best Kanna extract I have ever tried . It never produces a euphoria for me but there are other kanna extracts I can use for that . It is extremely beneficial for anxiety and mood . I take 100mg which is 4 pills . That does make it expensive but to counter it I don’t take it Daly . I think I’d your anxiety is that bad a doctor prescribed SSRI or SNRI is the way to go. Great for stressful situations like currently I’m helping my mother with some health issues and it’s getting me through the day at 100mg twice a day .

Didn't feel anything on this until I tried taking 150-200mgs (6-8 pills) which makes this product extremely more expensive ler dose than its competitors.

Great for anxiety prone or attention issuesI know from my experience this works like adderall for my attention issues without the jitters and like zoloft for my anxiety without flattening my mood. I take one 25mg tab per day and pair it with (2)15mg saffron supplements, which does help to soften an angsty disposition. I am going to test the higher dose saffron supplements soon. I have diagnosed ADD and Anxiety so I can't understand why it may not help some people, but it works very well for me.

This is an update to a previous review where I said the product did absolutely nothing. I tried it again and I did feel a mild sedating effect. It was neither good nor bad but it was something. I might try it again someday.

I was hoping this product would help diminish my anxiety and depressed moods. I am on day 3, but I don’t notice anything. The first 2 days I took one in the morning. This morning I took 2. I don’t notice any difference. Disappointed.

Kanna (Sceletium tortuosum) is an under appreciated botanical for supporting anxious or depressed mood. I find this to be great for post psychedelic therapy as well to help normalize serotonergic tone. Effects are mild and relaxed at a single capsule (25 mg), but dose can be increased as needed. Definitely a botanical to keep around and consider, especially before considering standard SSRI’s and benzos.
