Very well packaged. All heavy items were tie wired together,wrapped in plastic, wrapped again with a heavy felt. All hardware was in heavy duty plastic bags. Plywood was placed at the ends of the box to prevent the heavy pieces from tearing the box apart. This hitch is very heavy and well made. I have read reviews about boxes falling apart and pieces missing,I guess the manufacturer read them too. Mine arrived in perfect condition. easy to install. I installed mine by myself, no problems.

The center plate of the hitch I received is manufactured where the release handle can be on either side of the vehicle. It is easier to swap before you install it, but can be done after. Read through the instructions before starting the installation. The instructions provide a way, not the only way. I'm sure different shortcuts apply to different vehicles. If the bottom of your bed has dents in it, you may need to pry it up to get the clearance needed to slide the rails in. Overall, not too difficult to install. Have not used it, but wanted to let other potential purchasers know that the handle is reversible.

This product was quite a bit difficult to install. Not because the product itself it’s all the DEF fluid components and everything else under the truck that’s in the way, I feel the design of this product could have been better thought out.

Wrong instructions and they not clear to understand. Also not as easy as it looks to install. Gives you extra parts that are not on the instructions. The pull lever to release the ball is very poor quality. Have to giggle and fumble with it to get it to go in.

It’s a good piece for the money but I was missing some parts,wrong instructions and kinda hard to install but in all pretty good

It came with dodge instructions even though the hitch IS for my Ford F250 SD. When we asked, the correct instructions were sent with in 6 hours. Good on them for the fast response.

i want to use for my ford 350 2008 .but the instruction paper that came with the box was for Dodge. the mecanicien said he can t installed. can i still used can i have the real instruction paper for the ford f350 2008.or i should return the item....
