Skechers Sport Women's D'Lites Slip-On Mule Sneaker

I love these shoes. I have foot issues (plantar fasciitis) and these are so comfortable! After reading many reviews I decided to order a smaller size than I normally order. Several reviews mentioned that the shoe does stretch and they do. I typically wear 7.5 - 8. I ordered size 7 and they fit perfectly after 1-2 days of wearing. The downsizing worked perfectly.The shoes did start to squeak which was really annoying. Per Google I sprinkled baby powder in the shoe and it took care of the problem. When you have foot pain it is not easy to find comfortable shoes. I will be buying another pair.

These just came in from Amazon. I have this same pair that I bought a few years ago and wanted to get another pair as my old ones are starting to wear out. These were the only sneakers that I've never had foot pain while walking long distances.The older 7 1/2 M that I got in the actual Skechers store fit my foot like a glove. My foot never slipped out of the sneaker. The ones I just got, same size, don't fit like a glove. They are a tad longer from toe to heel, toe box is larger (the toe box in my older pair is just right and has plenty of room and envelopes my toes in just the right way without squishing them). Overall the sneaker is just a bit looser. My foot is actually slipping out, my foot doesn't slip out in my older pair that I am currently wearing.I'll keep these but will try the 7 M if they have them. If they fit like my old ones I'll change my rating and return the ones I just received. If they don't, I'll return both and make the trip to the Skechers store.By the way, my older pair was made in India and they got the fit correctly. The new pair is made in China. Skechers go back to your original manufacturing plant in India, China can't get the sizes right! Make that observation of it as you will.

I ordered these with low expectations. I have a terrible time with shoes. My feet are knobby and weird with high arches. As I got older, one has arthritis and the other has a bunion. It's rare to find shoes that fit right and don't hurt my feet in some way.These shoes have memory foam. When I put them on, it felt like my feet were encased in two clouds. They have sort of a platform sneaker vibe with very thick soles. However, they seem stable to walk in compared to other platform sneakers I have worn. They don't have any laces and the backs are open. I can just step right into them when I need to leave the house. They don't make my feet feel too hot or claustrophobic. Yet they have much more support and protection for my feet compared to other mules and backless shoes I have worn before. The 8 is a perfect fit and is my usual size. These are my new favorite shoes ever.

I just don't want to bend down to put on shoes anymore which is not an easy value to uphold when it comes to sneakers, until these came along. I wear them for long walks with the dog, they're perfect for traveling. As these are chunky, white sneakers they go with most clothes. And they're durable. I bought my pair in Nov 2021 and have worn them every day since, there are some cracks and whimpers but that's about it. For a lazy gal these shoes are perfect.

EDIT: I have been wearing a couple weeks now and these are what I wear 90% of the time! I like them over slippers, I wear them to the store, I still have my running shoes, but these are so much more convenient! I wouldn't suggest doing a long walk or run in them just because they do have an open back and while walking for errands, to take the dog out, not a problem, well, I will just use my running shoes for athletic walking.When these are on sale again, I WILL get another pair, because these are SOOO my GO TO (even with bunions and a broken toe that sticks up a little)!_____________________________________________________________________________________I got the 8.5 in gray as it was on sale for 30.99 and I like gray or black.After reading reviews of some saying too big, some too small, I got what I wear in running shoes, 8.5.Just got them today and tried on with a thin low running sock.Fit as expected, but I should add one foot always feels just a tad small than the other, so all shoes feel a little tighter or looser depending on the foot.PROS:FIT - because of the slight lip on the back, an 8 would have been too small. My right shoe feels just right, the left just a little looser. But again, had I gotten the 8, my foot would have overlapped.They look wide from the outside and they are what some would consider clunky. THICK sole. I LIKE this because they feel stable.I also plan on wearing with HEAVY winter socks so I can't imagine any other size fitting better. IF they stretch out much, I would get another pair for summer in an 8, but only if I notice they stretch.LOOKS - ok, look DOWN at them, I literally laughed out loud. They make my feet, which are pretty narrow, look wide, from the sides, they look like running shoes to me.ADJUSTING - THERE IS no adjusting. There are sewn in slight elastic laces, so if they're a little tight, yes, those allow them to stretch, but no way you can tie to loosen or tighten. I'm fine with that as they fit.QUALITY - I WAS VERY pleased with the quality. Even better than other Skechers I have gotten.WHAT I wear for and why this may or may not work for your use. - I take my dog in and out about10 times a day, literally. If I am going shopping, out, I wear my regular Saucony running shoes. 90% of the time, I'm at home, and I literally live in backless shoes, as I want to be able to put them on and take them by sliding my foot. THESE seem perfect for that.ONE SLIGHT CON - the LEFT shoe had stitching a little further from the tongue of the shoe, which i realized made it feel slightly bigger. Easy fix with a cheap partial insole. It took me awhile to realize this has it's just about a third of an inch over from the right foot. I still really like them, so just decided to get half insole for top of shoe to make up the difference.How they would be if you wore ALL day or went on walks, I don't know, not what I use them for, but there are other reviewers who wrote about those uses.BOTTOMLINE: SO WELL WORTH the 30.99 I paid! Worth their regular retail, which is double, but GLAD I got on sale!

These shoes are very comfortable and easy to get on and off. They’re very stylish and I love them!! I purchased them along with two other pair of sneakers with the intention of rotating for longevity but these have become my daily work shoes!! Wash well, I let air dry because I was unsure if safe for the dryer, they take several days to dry out. I wish they were offered in more colors especially bright colors, if so I would probably have 6 or 7 pairs!! Love them!!!

I originally bought regular width after reading some reviews saying they ran wide. I normally wear 8-8.5, regular or wide depending on style. The regular width was very snug on me. I bought this pair in wide and they fit perfectly. So I would disagree that the shoes run wide, I think the width is true to size.

Third pair I have bought fit well and comfortable.

These Skechers shoes fit well, and are easy to slide on & off. They are super comfortable. I usually get the wide size 7.5, but these are wide enough. Great value!

SEPT 26 2022 - Was just going to purchase a pair... but now these are ridiculous in price! Went up almost 25 - 30 dollars now. I wear these daily and they last with daily use - this last pair lasted 2 months. Maybe 3. Mind you I wear every day - for many hours. BUT still they wore out in my mind QUICKLY.WHEN THEY COME DOWN IN PRICE, I WILL PURCHASE AGAINLove these shoes but the price is way out of alignment at 95 dollars plus tax. They don't last long with regular use and the price must come down to be reasonable. I replace them every 6 mos. However, yes, I love love love love love these shoes! I have a pronated ankle. Will need to find another brand if they do not reduce in price.This meant, that all enclosed / regular running shoes I cant wear because my heels always got cut / hurt with only the briefest walk, in every other show. Did have an adidas runner with no heel years ago but couldnt find any other nice ones to replace and now the entire sole has come off LOL. AMAZING thing is when I ordered these shoes I was fully prepared to return....BUT DID NOT HAVE TO THEY ARE GREAT!!! Only thing to absolutely recommend strongly is that you order half size to one full size smaller. For me half size did the trick, but am reading other people with less wide feet might be best to go one full size smaller. REALLY REALY happy! Super comfortable and fit great!SECOND REVIEWI wanted to add to my last review. Since writing it, I have purchased in total 3 pairs and my hubby bought another exact pair from the Sketchers store (same price). So all in all, have 2 pairs in the back room in queue, when needed and a pair wear out!! lolGREAT comfy shoes for walking and wearing in house all day!
