Just put it together. It needed to air out a little bit because it had a strong plastic smell but otherwise it’s nice and cushy. My seven month old face planted while sitting up playing with a couple toys, the mat absorbed his fall very well and he didn’t even have a red mark.

Fits perfectly into the Fanbufan playpen. My 5 month old loves it and the mat absorbed faceplants great. The traction for crawling beginners is good too. My little one takes the corner pieces out all the time and plays with them, or chews on them. She hasn't damaged them yet like other mats I've bought. So huge plus! They smell a bit when they first arrive. We aired them out for about 24 hours and the smell was gone. Definitely worth the buy.

Thick enough for our baby to crawl around safely but much smaller than expected. Luckily i got two packs but I’m going to get at least one more to have the size i was going for. The pieces fit snuggly except the middle edges are really easy for the little to pull up.Overall i would recommend but get more than you think you need.

Once my daughter figured out she could take it apart she started to do it every time. She would also chew on it and I would freak out she would get a piece and choke. I had to purchase a padded blanket to go over it. I would not purchase it again because it’s a pain in the but. I should of purchased a solid piece.

We love this mat for our 9 month old baby. It fits perfectly in her playpen and provides enough cushion for her to comfortably play. Easily wipeable as well.

Perfect mat for our 7 month old to play on. Easily folds in half to slide under the couch, so it’s hidden when not using it. Might buy another, so we double the size of the floor coverage.
