I purchased this product so I could keep in communication with my kids when they go outside to play. They are light weight and pretty durable. My kids drop them all the time and it hasn’t seemed to damage them at all. What I love most about this product is that there is a setting that allows for communication without holding down the ‘talk’ button. This is especially great for smaller kids that don’t yet understand the concept of hold the ‘talk’ button down when they speak. They come in a fun mix of colors and the sound quality is great. We live on 10 acres and I communicate clearly with my kids no matter where on the property they are. I highly recommend this product!

I am a communications technician having worked in the field for over 20 years, and I must say I am very impressed with these radios.I was expecting a light, plastic, cheap set of basic transceivers. I was wrong.What we received were three quality units that perform far better than I expected. We tested on our property (a couple acres in a quasi rural area) and had zero problems getting good communication all over. The product boasts a 3kM range, and while I wasn't able to test out that far, I have no doubt these radios are capable of reaching at least that far. The audio quality was every bit as clear as the radios I work on in my profession. Multiple channels, VOX operation and an easy to read display are all as advertised. Uses 4 AAA batteries per unit, which make these perfect for outdoor family activities like hiking and camping.For a kids walkie talkie set, you can't get a better deal than this.

Love that this comes 3 to a set as I have 3 kids. The devices work great. Each takes 4 AAA batteries (recommend investing in rechargeable ones) and lasts a few days of near constant use. Longer once the novelty wears off.PROs- Set of 3 instead of standard 2. If one is off, the other two work fine by themselves.- Work as soon as you put the battery in- LOUD (I have the volume on the lowest setting for all of them)- Lots of channels / subchannel combos to choose from so you can avoid cross traffic- Has a FLASHLIGHT in each one - super handy for my kids who are scared of the dark.-Can take the hits - my kids have dropped them repeatedly and the worst that has happened is the battery cover and some of the batteries pop off.Things to be aware of:- Easy to hit the scan button to change channels and it just rotates through, so you have to hit it at the exactly right time to get it back on the right channel. My kids sometimes hit it and it requires an adult to fix it.-Even when the volume is all the way down, there is still super loud beeps before and after pressing the talk button. But this can be turned off by turning tones off. Use the manual to figure that process out.-Teaching my kids they had to release the buttons after talking to be able to hear the other people took forever. But that was not the walkie talkies' fault.Overall, quality product that my kids are getting a lot of use out of. Highly recommend.

As soon as my daughter received these she has not put hers down. She forces me and her father (I bought the 3 pack) to carry one each with us everywhere we go around the house, just Incase she needs to tell us or ask us something. It is the cutest. Overall very happy with these walkie talkies. Wish the range was bigger. I misread, or didn’t read enough farther down in the descriptions. I thought they had a 3 mile radius, turns out that is only in an open field. Residential the radius is up to 3km. Regardless my daughter is thrilled with the item and that is what matters most. She just turned 6 and seems to be able to use them with ease. No major problems trying to figure things out, so they are fairly simple and straightforward. I do wish the volume went a bit lower, but once we figured out how to turn off the constant beeping (which the volume did not seem to affect at all, they were just loud) the walkie talkie became much more tolerable (as a parent). Again though, my kid can’t put them down and if she is happy and they work great for her needs then I feel confident I spent my money well, and absolutely recommend them to others. Plus they have a great color scheme!

I’m SO impressed with these! We have gone through several other brands of similar price, but they have all broken quickly and none have matched the quality of these. I bought the 3-pack for my two big kids and their best-friend next-door neighbor. There are 20+ channel options, not including all of the sub-channels, the sound is loud & clear, the colors are bright and fun, there is a headphone jack & flash light built-in as well. I love that there is a “vox” option that allows the kids to just put the walkie up to their mouth and start talking, and turns itself off after their sentence is complete. My youngest can’t grasp the idea of pushing the talk button only while she’s talking, so this is a game changer!I don’t normally write reviews, but these are SO fun. Great product & great price!

I always like to bring our granddaughters a gift when I visit and I found these on Amazon Prime. They came quickly and nicely packaged with instructions. The girls are 2 1/2, 6 and 7 and they were thrilled to get these. Be sure to have AAA batteries on hand is they use 4 for each. They function perfectly over short or long distance and are easy to use. Even the youngest figured them out quickly. The attractive colors allowed them to take quick ownership. They are a little loud, have a built in flashlight and have a belt clip. Watch those younger children as the 2 1/2 year old figured out how to remove the back for battery access.

Great range and great sound. Obviously my 3 year has trouble with the buttons, but you can set it to voice activation mode and lock all the buttons easily. I walked down the street a few hundred metres while my son stayed inside the house and we could still easily hear each other without any issues at all. Definitely worth a buy, though they do take 4 x AAA batteries, so be a good idea to get some rechargeable batteries.

The received package was not properly wrap and the side of the box was cut already when received. In the box, only 2 of the walkie talkies was wrap and another 1 was not. This look like rejected or used item.It was mentioned this was the brand Obuby. However, the product received was not. This feel so cheated!

I read the reviews before buying it and I come to the same conclusion : this product is great! They are working as described by many reviewers, audio is very clear, vox is not enough sensitive to serve as a baby monitor but that aside, these walkies talkies are the best!

Funciona muy bien, se escucha fuerte y claro. Vienen preconfigurados de fábrica, sólo requieren 4 baterías AAA cada uno y listo. Mis hijas de 9 y 10 años juegan con ellos, el rango en ciudad es de unos 500m. Cumplen para uso lúdico.
