Exactly what I wanted. I have a long torso, so I can never find a waist trainer that fits right. This one is perfect! It has a hook at the top to help get it on. I'm typically a size 12 so a large was perfect.

I am 5’2 with a 42’ waist. I bought a 2xl thinking this would be too tight for me. but the material gives a lot so the 2xl was too large for me. I could’ve order a large and been fine but going off there recommendation. It was very comfortable the straps did not stay in place when you moved around they slid upward. but they did help tighten the area around your waist. This material is very stretchy, I’m returning it for a smaller size.

I was most definitely being impatient with the package delivery time . But now that I received my package I do not regret it at all !!! I am so freaking happy with this oder as I lose weight I will continue to buy me. A smaller size as I work out to lose weight. I absolutely love this item and will continue to spend my money on it ! 😇😍🥰

I received it today. I know have a long torso so quite naturally it won’t fit my entire midsection but it does fit. I got a 2x but I think it’s a bit too snugged, however, I’m going to use this to my advance as a way to track my progress. I’m excited about it. I’ll definitely give an update.

It's comfy and keeps me contained. I bought it to use post surgery becuase the abdominal binders the hospital gave me kept breaking.But it's difficult to put on. You cannot bend over in it. And it is much shorter than I thought it would be. The pictures show the binder going from the bottom of the breasts to under her hip bones. This is not the case. It fits around the small of your waist and hits your hip bones. All it does is contain the mum tum, its not long enough for anything else. It's pretty clear that the pictures shown arnt actually of the model wearing the band, they are photoshopped on.Ultimately dissapointed. They need to add another 5ish inches and maybe even a forth band.Women's clothing is already difficult enough without the misleading marketing to trick you into purchases.I'll be returning it and getting my money back.This might still work for you if your shorter in the abdomin and a bit petite.

I can tell this is a good waist trainer but the sizes are off. I looked at all the reviews and pics on here. I found someone who was my weight and body shape so I ordered what she had. I ordered a XL and I am 5.3 200lbs. I think I need a 2xl or 3xl. I am leaning more towards the 3xl. I will buy again but just another size. I am keeping this one so when I lose weight I can fit into that one.

This binder not only is comfortable to be worn most of the day to help decrease stomach but it helps support my back! The material breathes so you don’t feel overly hit and wet but yet you will melt off some size off the tummy and waist! Received the benefits just as explained but additionally found that it also supports back which is a great additive benefit

I love the three straps ! Provides holds in my target areas ! However if you plan to use this sitting down at work during the day , it bunches a little in the back. I’ll give it , I have a small torso area so maybe this may not happen for everyone but it does for me. Other than that I’m completely satisfied with my purchase and will be buying a smaller size once I’m reduced my waist with the medium!
