Every recipe has one or more ingredients that I have never heard of or don't know where to get. Such as Goats meat, Kaffir lime leaves, fenugreek, asafetida, curry leaves, lemongrass, etc. There are no simple recipes using common ingredients. I get more practical curry recipes free on the web

Forget it. The ingredients are not listed in order and some ingredients are called for that weren't listed in the first place! For instance, "…now add the water…" WHAT WATER!

I was looking for a book on curry from various regions and this book did the trick. Very nicely presented imagery and easy to follow instructions.

Trash! It's more of a leaflet with zero information. It's not a book and offers no cooking instructions, illustrated by cheap black and white images! Refund refund refund
