I bought this as a joke gift for my sister, print came out great but didn’t receive print on the back, not that bothered though, also, quality of shirt isn’t great but I can agree with it as of the price

I am very pleased because I ordered on a Sunday and it arrived on Tuesday! The print quality appears very good (yet to be washed) and the material is decent, a soft, quality feel.I can't leave a picture as the wording is....choice :-)Will use again assuming it washes well and I have no reason to think it won't. I'll update only if there's an issue there, but for now, I am very satisfied.

This is a birthday present gone really wrong.The reasons for giving the customised t-shirt here one star are multiple, but overall you can end up with a really poor product, also considering that the t shirt they work on for printing is the cheapest quality on the market.1. The system does not allow you to see how the text and the photo are actually going to appear on the finished t-shirt. The ‘display’ is so confusing that I could not actually see how my text combined with the image - I thought that logically the text would go under the image (or above), but no, if you are not careful, due to the limited space where the image can appear with this system, you end up having the text right in the middle of the image, thus making the finished product ugly and unusable - as it happened to me.You go from customising the t-shirt directly to agreeing on the items you have selected - there is not a stage where you see how they combined.2. What is more, when I pointed out that there was no way to check that, because at the end you actually ‘agree’ with them (by typing ‘yes’), they are not entitled to refund you if, despite the obvious difficulty of planning the thing right. When I asked for a refund I received a flat no - what an awful customer service (my second point), as these t-shirts cannot be returned once you received them.3. The actual fabric, as mentioned above is one of the thinnest, cheapest kinds you can find on the market, and yet they do not ask for little money for a single cotton t-shirt: not good value for money.4. The print quality is equally poor: even not having washed what I received, it was already showing parts not smoothly coloured with some white blots, and an unexplained white line at the top - poor craftsmanship in the print (please see photo).I think this honestly deserves one star.Thank you for reading my review, I hope you can learn from my bad experience.
