I bought these for 500 bucks and these resistance band are worthy.I also have band from decathlon but the band cost is very high compared to these bands you get 1 band starting from 299 of decathlon and here we get 5 for 500 i.e 1 is of 100.So according to me for 100 its good stretchability is also good but length is little less.I use them for push ups and sit ups it increases tension Which helps a lot.Recommended for home workouts in quarantine. Good for beginners.

Nice mini resistance band for beginners

The bands have no labelling of the brand and resistance type. All the bands do not have very distinguished resistance. The stretch in the bands is very less. From what I have figured the minimum resistance band is...it stretches as much as the heavy resistance band does. I don’t think this product is comfortable to workout with . The worst part is it’s non returnable. Not recommend for people who weigh more as the bands would fit like you’ve been tied with a rope around the ankles. Won’t even reach your thighs

A perfect combination which consists of so many resistance bands which are exceptionally good for your workout, stretching out your muscles and getting fitter. The resistance bands are very strong and elastic, won't break easily. Comes with a small bag/pouch which makes easy to put them together. I have used the bands for some days and really satisfied with the quality.

Shoulder strength for archery all together.

It's a good and useful product to cover most of the exercises when I can not hit the gym.Or even when you're out of the city, and do not have access to the gym, it's a good product to carry.It's very small, light weight and handy.Go for it.

The band are very thin and get rolled while exercising. You get colorful options but still very fragile. Will use the bands for sometime and write a review after that

These resistance bands are very durable, I have been using these for reactivating my quadriceps muscles as I have recently went through an ACL reconstruction , these bands helping as the green and yellow are for light exercises and have no problem while using them. These bands don't seem like tearing even when I am using them extensively.
