Six Months to Live . . .: Three Guys on the Ultimate Quest for a Miracle

Miracles do happen!
This true story of Arti Boyle and his terminal cancer is a gripping tale of the miraculous. This is Arti's faith journey with two friends and how their lives were changed by their experience of the supernatural. He was healed on a pilgrimage to Medjugorje located in the former Yugoslavia where visions of Mary, the mother of Jesus, have been reported since June 24, 1981. Days after returning from his pilgrimage, he had a MRI which could not find the lung tumors. Doctors have no explanation for his cure. Since that time he has been telling his story to the world. This book is a great read. I could not put it down until I finished the story. Highly recommended.

Faith!
A wonderful and easy book to read. The depiction of the first trip, or healing trip is quite beautiful. The surrendering of Artie is something we can all learn for our lives and spiritual development.I have truly enjoyed reading this book.

Inspiring and beautiful
Artie's story here is one that is truly amazing. His faith is alive and he is so willing to share where so many of us have been. I love that he has taken this gift of life that our Lord has given him and is putting it to good use by sharing his story. His beautiful witness to God's infinite love and his amazing healing in the hills of Medjugorje. Every page was inspiring and inviting. You walk the journey with him and his buddies to a healing both physical and spiritual. Thank you to this wonderful man for his courage to share this with the world. It has helped me to understand people in my life that walk a different faith path than my own. Six Months to Live . . .: Three Guys on the Ultimate Quest for a Miracle

Need a major miracle? This is a must read book!
Six Months to Live is a fabulous recounting of an extraordinary life saving miracle Athur (Artie) P. Boyle received. Well written, the book moves briskly and allows us to glimpse the life of a simple, hardworking father of a large family as he stares at imminent death via an always lethal, incurable and fast-moving form of cancer. Perhaps most interesting, the book takes readers to the famous (for some, controversial) and remote pilgrimage site of Medjugorie in Bosnia, where many believe Mary, the mother of Jesus, has been appearing to visionaries for decades. It is a moving story that shows it's never too late to embrace a life of faith, and sometimes that might even lead to major miracles. Great read and well done.

He has all of the markings of an outstanding family man and a good person. Notable
I have met Arty Boyle socially many times. He has all of the markings of an outstanding family man and a good person. Notably, Arty does not need to impress anybody with his story - he has experienced what he has experienced, he owns it fully, and if you want to believe it great. If you do not want to believe, Arty is not going to force you to do that. The book was written in a forthright and honest way - it is a page turner, and I read it fully on a rainy Sunday. Through the intercession of the Mother of God, Mary, Arty Boyle was gifted back to his wife and children. He was transformed in his life and faith practice. His doctors could not believe what they were seeing and they had to believe it.Not for all is a cure from heaven, and for some? Absolutely. I'm glad that Arty is around - he is doing good work for the kingdom of God. He is thrilled to be given this additional time with his wife (very proactive person!) and his children.Thank you many times Arty Boyle for writing this book, for your honesty about your former faith life, for a complete telling. Medjugorje and the Immaculate Heart of Mary will triumph. Blessings, Ev

I read the book in one day and the author is from my state. It was a great story, as I have been to Medujorie myself.
