THIS BOOK IS VERY EASY TO GET IDEAS TO EXPLAIN TO OUR CHILDREN THE WAY LIKE THE CANCER CAN AFFECT PEOPLE AND THE WAY LIKE PEOPLE CAN TAKE THE CANCER AND LIVE BETTER.IT IS A BIG AND AMAZING SMALL BOOK. BUY IT!!!!

I found this book very educational for myself, but I bought it for my 3 yr. old thinking it would help him understand Grandma's cancer. It said for 4-8 yrs. but it was too detailed for him. I ended up passing it on to my 8 yr. nephew who gained from it. so if you have a child under 8 it is not the right book for them.

Great book to help a child understand cancer and the reasons the body changes the during treatment.

My mom and my mother-in-law were both diagnosed with cancer around the same time. We were looking for a book to help explain what cancer is to my children and nieces and nephews. They are all around 5-6 years old. This book is not a good book for that age group. I think it is a better book for 10 year olds and up. Not what I expected

Our family has been surrounded by cancer our whole life. This has been an incredible tool for our entire family. It helped us broach a potentially difficult subject in a loving and open way. Our children are less fearful and found the glossary to be extremely helpful. They refer back to the book all the time. Thank you to the authors for this beautiful book and for a job well done!
