Wella Color Charm Creme Developer,20 Volume - 32 oz

Works perfectly for my needs.To have some background/experience in mixing ingredients would be a bonus )))Adding some information that I personally found helpful at the time:10 volume developer - 3% hydrogen peroxide (most gentle lightening/longer time to develop,)20 volume developer - 6% hydrogen peroxide (lightening alright, gives you time to see how the right tone develops (depending on hair type))30 volume developer - 9% hydrogen peroxide (basically the same as previous one but obviously stronger so its better for the case with thicker dark hair)40 volume developer - 12% hydrogen peroxide (very strong, works fast - that case when you want to bleach the hell out your hair! :D so be careful with this one )))If your developer appears to be too 'strong' for your needs, you can simply add few drops of water into mix of Developer and Powder Lightener to thin up the peroxide.I mix it with Wella Color Charm Powder Lightener.*I tried to add Wella Color Charm T18 Lightest Ash Blonde Toner to make the color a bit cooler. Honestly didn't see the difference. Seems like Shimmer Lights products do way better job.

Should have listened to the other 1 star reviews and never purchased this.. as others have said it is incredibly watery, clear, and bubbly. Not at all creamy and white how it should be. The product was not sealed at all and the bottle was not full. I tried to use it on my hair anyways and it never developed. Waste of time and money!

I used this to turn my black hair to blonde, and from there a gunmetal gray. Very effective; I even bought a second bottle. Would recommend.

The developer was a perfect complement for the Wella color and toner. I needed to double bleach my off-black hair for the toner to be effective. I was worried it would make my hair dull, Be I actually needed to leave it on longer.

I thought that this developer worked perfectly well with the toner that I used. I also think that this is a really good bargain. This is a large size bottle for the price. The shipment was fast and the product arrived in perfect condition and as described. I would purchase this product from this vendor again without any hesitation.

Unsealed, missing a lot of product, and really watered down. It looks like water instead of a creme

This worked GREAT with the toner I used to lighten my orange hair to a more ashy light brown/dark blonde. I haven't used it with any other products, yet. But I plan on using it for my shadow root.Make sure you know what level developer you need for what results you want.

This came unsealed with what looked like product missing. I'm not sure if this is normal or not...
