The idea of how they work is greatThey are nice to look atIf you are only going to use them 1 time they work but after the first time they BOTH start leaking ,I bought myself a set and a coworker a set he used his yesterday and they both starting leakingMy set was bought before his the company is replacing that setToday i used my set for the first time and they starting leakingI WISH I HAD NOT BOUGHT EITHER SETI only gave 1 star because it wont let me do i negative 5 stars

It is ok, but it leaks
its gas tightness depends on the Schrader valve. If the Schrader valve leaks, it leaks even if its valve is completely closed.

Leaks !
Bought 2 of these valves to use for connecting and disconnecting manifold hoses to the shraeder valves on a condenser unit. BOTH leaked from knurled connection to the shraeder valve and also from the stem that turns to depress the valve core. I even tightened them with pliers to make a better seal, but no help. Good idea, but poorly executed. Should have believed the other reviews! Returned.....
