Don't be like me and hold the unit weird (i.e. as demonstrated in the model photos) so it isn't fully in contact with your palm and then you bother customer service because the light isn't working or is intermittent... I read the user guide and don't recall seeing it in there, but it does say it in the quick start guide -- which I didn't read initially because I read the entire user guide to start... whoops! It works great, it's nice to see results after a session, but I'm really excited to see the long term results! Looking forward to giving this a before and after review in a few weeks :)

I wanted to write a product review of this latest device to stimulate collagen growth and reduce wrinkles because I have been using similar devices by this same manufacturer for a long time and they are VERY effective!!! This is actually an upgrade of a device that I used for several years. I particularly like it to treat the areas around my mouth and crows feet area beside the eyes. Their devices are very well made and last a long time. I am 71 years old and I try and use this daily. I have been told that I look much younger than my age

My esthetician recommended this product for use during covid-19. She is very picky and this was vetted by her. The first unit I received had to be replaced and the company was very responsive and helpful. They really want you to be happy using the product. It really improves the texture of your skin if you use it as directed. Just get into the habit of using it every day. It is easy to use. You will see results in 2 months although your skin will feel firmer every time you use it.

I like it so far, I didn’t give 5 stars because I bought it last November and I need more time to see it this works.The best thing is a very easy equipment to use.
