great little curling Iron for the price
Have had this iron about a month - so far working nicely. I like the different temp controls. Not really sure what or how the "pad" that came with it is for - not really big enough for storing - but that is minor. I reason I gave it a 4 instead of 5 is it doesn't not have automatic shut off which my last iron had - and I liked that; Sometimes we girls are in a hurry and forget these things.

I am very happy with this flat iron! I consulted with my hair stylist before making this purchase and she was in agreement with this particular item. After years of using a cheap drug store iron, i was excited to get a professional quality tool at such an affordable price!

I absolutely love MY flatiron ! The color is pretty & the box is pretty cool. The comb sucks though.

Not good at all
Let me first say that I was pleased with how quickly I got my flat iron. I paid slightly more money for 3 day shipping and got it in one day. And I liked the color. Otherwise it's not good at all. It's not long enough. So you have a very small amount of surface area that is getting your hair. It pulls my hair and my daughters hair like crazy. Very uncomfortable! And I don't think it did any better job than the other flat iron I got. Would NOT recommend to anyone. You get what you pay for. Read reviews and thought maybe it was a pleasant surprise. Should have known you want a good one you pay for a good one.

Perfect product
I have had several flat irons in the past, and this one seems to be much stronger than the others. Nit only that, but it works much better. It is definitely worth the price you pay. My hair is easily straightened with this, or even curled!

There is no way a professional would be using this ...
There is no way a professional would be using this flat iron in a salon. Barely heats up, even at the highest setting. I had a hard time getting a truly straight look from it.
