First the pros: lights prettier than I expected, very quiet, only does make a SOFT/occasional "plerp, blerble" kind of sound, seems to use my oils efficiently. I can fill the tank not all the way to the fill line, and add anywhere from four or five drops to ten or eleven (up to ten or eleven, depending on which scents I decide to mix and blend and how strong those are. If I am only adding ONE OR TWO pure scents, then I would probably only use 4-5 drops total.) Easily placed and re moved cover, but if removing after having RECENTLY used it, I hold the lid over the tank and let it finish dripping before I try to set it down anywhere. Unit has NEVER leaked, but remember to let lid drip, and DO NOT open WHILE running. Good size--like between a volleyball and a cantaloupe. Stable, not extremely likely to tip. Easy to clean, but with oils which are antimicrobial, not needed to be cleaned that often, but CAN EASILY be cleaned after each use if desired. DOES reliably turn off before water level gets too low.Next the cons: unit DOES beep each time you push the button/s and when it turns itself off, but not a major distraction. The woodgrain design is advertised as being plastic, BUT the surface ONLINE looks much more realistic wood than does in real life...it is unmistakably plastic, wouldn't fool anyone. (Not UGLY, REALLY, just NOT very "real wood" in appearance).ONE THING I FOUND OUT: oils that you don't like or are WAY too strong sniffing them right out of the bottle, can turn out to be MUCH nicer when diffused, and mixed with other scents. We needed to use a STINKY mix of valerian and vetiver for calming down an unmedicated person with psychotic episodes...works, but REEKS! However, I found that it works just as well for us if I only use one or two drops of EACH of valerian and vetiver, AND THEN add four or five drops of orange, ONE drop of clary sage, and two or maybe three drops of "simply citrus." It really helps lighten and freshen up what WOULD BE a much too "heavy/thick" scent. Now, it has become one of our favorite scents!Over all, I recommend this machine, but if I bought it again, might look for one which doesn't beep. Now that I know I really like diffusers, too, I MIGHT consider going more expensive to get one that doesn't look as plastic, BUT this is a GREAT one to start out with, and EXCELLENT fluid capacity, with little to no sound.

I have only just started using these little diffusers. I am impressed with the efficiency and look of these. They are small, cute, and very quiet. I love the colors and ability to choose. I gave 4 stars because I only just got them and don’t know their full potential yet! I do want to mention they do not come with a wall charging block. I think that would be beneficial. I have one at my desk plugged into my computer and one on an old cell phone block.

Scents and mist are "quietly" making the room feel like heaven

After reading some of the reviews about the appearance of the diffuser I was more than pleased with the way it looks. No, it's not real wood but still beautiful. I bought it mainly for my camper as when I opened it up for the season I saw where mice had left little offerings all over the floor, drawers, etc. Fortunately the only thing they had chewed was an extra roll of TP I had in the bathroom cupboard. As soon as I got it I took it to camper and filled it with water and a few drops of Peppermint essential oil. I had put other things in camper before I got the diffuser to deter them including a trap that zaps them. Only got that one before putting diffuser there so can't say exactly what seems to have made them feel unwelcome but I do know the smell is very pleasing. I had set it early afternoon and checked on it the next morning and it was still going. Next time I filled it was well over 24 hours before checking again and it had shut off automatically. I would highly recommend this diffuser to anyone.

I bought a two-pack of these to give to my wife for her birthday. She opened them up and put one in her temporary home office, and it worked great! The second one we set up in the bedroom, and it wasn't working at all! It turns out that they are very sensitive to their power sources, and can't be plugged in to outlets with a bunch of other things running off them. Once we plugged that second diffuser into an unused outlet on a different circuit, it worked great! My wife seems excited to try different essential oil recipes to great good aromas in our home.

I bought this product because I wanted a large basin that could hold a lot of water and last a long time. This diffuser does fit that bill, but the problem is that I don't think the steaming mechanism is designed to handle such a large amount of water at one time. When I fill it to the max, the steam is extremely light and the scent is weak, even with ample essential oil. But once the water reaches about half the level of the maximum, the steam flows much more freely and it works like other diffusers I've seen. Even at half full the water lasts for a very long time, so I'll use it and enjoy it. I just wish the steaming mechanism had a little more "gusto."

The company contacted me and thinks this is something that happened while in shipment. I believe this since no one else has really had an issue with leaking, and it's a leaker! However we can all understand how shipments get beat up a bit. The company has made it right and is shipping a new one, I'll send them the old one. Other then that as you can see from the picture this is darling. The teak is beautiful, I have a different brand smaller one in my office and it doesn't look near this nice. The diffuser gives off plenty of humidity which I appreciate and my oils have worked out rather well in it. The leaking was my only issue (although a big issue), I truly appreciate a good company trying to make it right. They have won my future business.I promise to use it for awhile and set another review.I don't fill this over the recommended amount however it continuously leaks on the counter. Unfortunately i'm just past the return time and I'm stuck with a leaker. Not happy.

I was so disappointed with this diffuser because it is quiet, looks smart and is a perfect size for travel. But the diffuser started leaking after the third use.I wondered if this was because the lid was producing lots of water from the mist, so I would wipe down the lid after last use so it was all dry. It still leaked when I resumed using it.I already own bigger diffusers and I know that you must never put water in over the line, so I know that the level of water I was using was fine.Very very disappointing and I had to request a refund.

I liked the size, the lighting and is perfect for a bedroom night table or desk.I would have given a 5 star rating if one of the two (so far)had not stopped working after two usages.Very disappointed, maybe the other one will redeem my opinion.
