This Celtic "Strength" pendant has an oxidized finish and resembles a shield. For those who believe as the warriors did in ancient times, these amulets were thought to give the bearer, strength, and protection. This particular pendant is well suited for a man or a woman. Crafted of solid sterling silver, this shield pendant measures 3/4" wide x 3/4" in length (1 1/16" including the bail), and has the word "Strength" engraved on the back, as well as a generous thickness of 1/16". Suspended from a 24" rhodium plated sterling silver popcorn chain. Rhodium adds a tarnish resistant finish as well as a darker, rich patina to the sterling silver. Pendant is made in the USA.
