Damaged at delivery
I am disappointed that this item was damaged at delivery as it was a gift for mothers day. The orchid was packaged in foam but the foam was broken and therefore did not protect the plant. There was dirt all in the box and the plant was out of the pot. Everything had to be replanted.

Was concerned about the vase getting damaged but it arrived without issue. It appears the seller has taken the liberty to address shipment issue mentioned by other buyers.

Happy 25th Birthday..Sadly!
The vase came broken and the orchid was droopy and lifeless and looked pathetic. Sent this to my daughter on her 25th birthday! Sadly.

It was a gift for my daughter, she said the orchid looked like it was beautiful but during shipping, the vase and flower were in pieces. Amazon made it good but they need to get better packaging and shipping.
