I did not read that it was a refill. It looks like a full kit. Bit there are no trays for separating the bands. I bought it for my daycare classroom. Now I have to purchase a separate case to put the rubber bands in.

I gifted this to my little cousin and she still has rubber bands left she makes bracelets everyday to give to her friends and they also love it. I sent the link of this product to a few of their moms and the next week all the girls had matching kits.
