Found these with Amazon prime, free next-day delivery, so bought two sets for less than the price of Amazon's pick suggestion. These are exactly the same but don't come in a pointless plastic box. Clamps are very good quality, lightweight and with a decent clamping force. Bought these to help refurbish the rear hat shelf on my classic Saab 96 V4. Will cover a piece of MDF with foam and faux leather and these will hold the edges down while the adhesive sets. Clamps are 2" long and the tips and finger grips are coated with a "Plastidip" rubber coating, just dipped in rubber paint for simplicity. Jaws open to about 3/4" and a jaw depth of the same. Optimal jaw width is 1/2". I'm gonna buy these again. Highly recommended.

They are clamps. They clamped. Clamped well. Although, very small.

Haven't used these yet, but feel surprisingly good. Not bad clamping force at all. For under £7, Can't really go wrong. See how they fare in time with use.....

the spring is so weak that it does not grip anything properly. Waste of coins if it doesn't work.

I use them for securing bin bag in rubbish bin . Not lost one yet
