First and foremost, I don’t take the time to write too many reviews; however, I would be remiss not to in this case. Here’s what I deem you need-to-know. The frames are not as ‘striped’ per se as what you see in the pics. The bottoms of the eye glass portion of the frame appear to have a blue hue - they are not…more so gray/grey’ish. The lens does not distort color/colour to any great extent. At the regular price of $28 they are a steal - on sale for $22 is a great steal. Most importantly for me, although they are ‘somewhat’ mirrored…peeps can see your peeps which in turn, alleviates the creeps ;~). As stated in my title, if you’re looking for a classy classic Vuarnet Cat Eyes look in a pair of decent sun glasses, which provide optimal polarized eye protection at a phenomenal price point…scoop these. I purchased two (2) additional pairs including one pair for my buddy. Great job Calcutta!

These sunglasses are great. I have been in search for some good sunglasses since losing my Costas during a kayaking trip. I’ve not been able to find a pair that didn’t have a glare when in the sun. I wasn’t ready to spend Costa money for sunglasses. These sunglasses are the closest thing that I have found to the Costas that I had. They are comfortable, don’t pull my hair when I push them on top of my head, they are light weight, and the best part is there isn’t a glare when in the sun. I’d definitely recommend these.

I’ve been wearing this style for a few years now. High end functionality with a value price point. The lense coating scratches fairly easily, but I don’t mind because of the price. Certain eye glass cleaners will take the reflective coating off or create smears. I usually go through a pair in about 6-8 months with daily use.

These glasses look great and feel great, they are just a little dark for me. I wasn’t paying attention and didn’t realize these do not have amber lenses which is what I like.

Love these glasses! They are great to see thru the water! Can def spot a lot of fish with them! The one downfall, after hours on my face, they start irritating behind my ears. However, I highly recommend them still!

Got this pair as an extra to my costas or mauis.I find these sunnies to be excellent for working out. Sweat doesn’t get on them as much as the wrap around style. These stay clean. Stay on while running and sweaty.The clarity of the lenses is actually pretty good for any price level let alone the mark these come in at.Seem to be pretty sturdy to drops and being throw around. Lenses seem durable too.Will buy another pair.
