We are new in the home rental business after completing a 1031 exchange. I gleaned more understandable information from this book. I have already read Robert Kiyosaki’s books and Ken McElroy’s and others’ books in the Rich Dad’s Advisor book series as well as other real estate business books. I learned more from this 2020 edition book than all the other books. I have just found Rich Dad’s free on-line video series within the last couple months. Thank you! Thank you!

Great book teaches the approach to begin the process of Real Estate purchasing and Acquisition, my only gripe is the book will be broken up into two books. I was looking for guidance on purchasing 4-5 units and upon purchasing a Multifamily for investment. So now I have to wait till the second one is published. The book is great and full of info it's not to deter you from purchasing the book but merely as coming in knowing that the information is not fully finished. I am looking forward to the other book. It would have been great to purchase a thicker book for a bit more money and have it in one go.

Ken McElroy provides an experienced based understanding of the rental property industry. His personal experience is vast and is full of warts, frustrations, fears, challenges, and wallet ripping experiences. He's honest about it. He turns those experiences into a book full of encouragement and enlightenment for the entrepreneur who wants to buy rental property. To me, it's much easier and safer for me to learn from a man who has been there and done that than it is for me to listen to the drivel of someone who just talks to listen to themselves talk (and sell books & stuff) and who has absolutely no experience in the topic he is yammering on and on about. Ken McElroy is worth reading. Very much so.

I was pleasantly surprised how this book covered the ins and outs of rental properties. It holds a wealth of information.

Most books like this are very poorly written to fill the pages. This one is direct into the point. I'm only halfway through, the only negative I will say is that so far he hasn't accounted for negative items such as repairs, damages, space going unrented. Perhaps he will in the second half of the book.

This is a must read before you even consider investing in rental property and follow up and read again long before talking to a realtor. The book gives you the ups and downs one will face with Rentals.

Super clear and easy to understand with great examples through the book.The only problem is that examples are based in USA but definitely, lessons can be applied anywhere.

Mr Ken McElroy managed to relay his knowledge and ideas about buying rental property, he did it in such a way that as i read on I became more and more interested and "voraciously" read and re-read his written words to enable me to grasp what he was saying. Questions do pop up every now and then however reading on will answer such queries.Thanks Mr McElroy for this book!
