Sold by Amazon, arrived from Wal-Mart. Actually bought another one at Wal-Mart store that is much higher quality & cost $12 less!

Sold by amazon shipped by Walmart also. The pedals are on the front tire similar to a big wheel. My 3 yr old is in the 50%ile for height and couldn't even touch the pedals. If she could reach it would be harder to pedal at that angle, than if it were constructed like a normal bike. I didn't notice this when I bought it. I thought it was a normal bicycle
