This has got to be the best haircare system I have ever used!!! I have long, thick hair that has ran it's course with complete healthiness. I have had my hair stripped, colored, flat ironed & curled. The aftermath on a grade of hair is grueling. I was desperate for a system that would wash, retain, and soften my hair. The Ken Paves Self Help system is my haircare savior! I use a handful of shampoo to wash my hair and two handfuls of the conditioning rinse to condition my long locks. I love it OVER all of anything & everything I have tried from the cheapest to the most expensive. Thanks Ken Paves for your super duper ah-mazing haircare system and thank you Amazon for selling it!
